Doo Doo Dooooo! is the sound that the Montreal metro cars make when they accelerate. However those cars will soon be replaced by new ones which will not make the sound.
So in memory of the Doo Doo Doo, the STM (Transportation Society of Montreal) created a tone that we can hear when the doors close. If you wish, you can hear the Doo Doo Doo in this video.
